Guam Pro 2 started the match strong, winning the first set 25-17 and putting the Lady Tritons in a 0-1 hole to start the match. However, UOG kept the second set close and took their first lead at 16-15. The match continued going back and forth, with Guam Pro 2 and UOG having set points, but the Lady Tritons ultimately won the set 27-25.

The UOG confidence began to build from then on, while Guam Pro 2 confidence began to fade. The Lady Tritons went on to win the third set, 25-16. They continued to play well in the fourth, and although Guam Pro 2 put up a fight, UOG secured the fourth set 25-21 and won the match 3-1.

The Lady Tritons are now 2-5 on the season, while Guam Pro 2 finished at 0-6.

The Tritons advanced to the quarterfinals, where they will play with #3 Seed, Au Mana, in their next match on Sunday night.
